"Until last year, I got great service from this agency. Starting this year, the sum total of it was: (a) "Im new: I dont know"; (b) I dont have that information: go to the state farm website"; (c) No one is here, I can connect you to voicemail I changed agents So I see that Ms Allen resorts to slandering her customers who have written precise descriptions of what they experienced at her agency (and who actually bothered to note that they got good service till a year ago). So Ms Allen's response to complaints about poor service is that it is abuse. You can see the level of "service" in her response. STAY AWAY"

"Absolutely FLABBERGASTED at the complete rudeness I just experienced with this agency. I have been with State Farm a long time and I have NEVER had an agent argue with me when they are in the wrong. Asking for a QUOTE is NOT agreeing to a new policy. Don't make assumptions when you have a fiduciary responsibility to your clients. I will be calling State Farm corporate to report this."

"My experience with Emma Allen’s State Farm agency has been extremely disappointing. The organization is poorly managed, and the employees seem apathetic and unwilling to assist. When I do manage to reach someone—which is rare—there is a lack of knowledge and direction. The majority of my calls, regardless of the time (10 AM, 2 PM, or outside of lunch hours), go straight to voicemail. Additionally, I’ve encountered a lack of transparency. Verbal assurances are given, yet the agency refuses to provide written confirmation, which feels deceptive. While State Farm as a company may not be the issue, this particular agency operates in a way that feels untrustworthy. Unfortunately, since agent assignments are based on zip codes, switching to another agent within State Farm wasn’t an option. As a result, I ultimately had to switch providers to receive the level of service I expect. I strongly advise avoiding this agency."
