"I just added a home/personal property with State Farm that another company had cancelled and didn't even send me a notice. Thank you for employees like James. He was personable, had plenty of patience and processed my request quickly as this was a time sensitive matter. If you want 5 star service, give him a call. He is with Emma Allen's group. I have been dealing with him and the Emma Allen's group since January and am very satisfied. They are prompt and follow through.
